Aer Rianta International Agrees Sale of Minority Stake in Hamburg Airport

Aer Rianta International (ARI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the DAA, has agreed the sale of its small minority interest in Hamburg Airport to its airport investment partner Hochtief AirPort.  The sale arises in conjunction with the exercise by Hochtief AirPort of its option to purchase ARI's holding. The option formed part of the original purchase arrangements in 2000.
